The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 10.58 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 10.52 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 0.57 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 7.49 per cent at Rs 188.64 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 175.50 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 8.78 per cent to Rs 171.41 crore from Rs 157.58 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 1.27 per cent at Rs 4.77 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 4.71 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 3.79 per cent to Rs 17.24 crore as against Rs 17.92 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 10.48 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 14.86 per cent y-o-y to Rs 5.96 crore, while Taxation increased by 40.00 per cent at Rs 1.40 crore (Dec'24 Rs 1.00 crore).
