The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 22.26 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 25.69 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 13.35 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 29.14 per cent at Rs 72.28 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 55.97 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 49.49 per cent to Rs 45.22 crore from Rs 30.25 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 50.47 per cent at Rs 2.10 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 4.24 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 5.21 per cent to Rs 27.06 crore as against Rs 25.72 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 18.52 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 28.85 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.37 crore, while Taxation increased by 174.14 per cent at Rs 3.18 crore (Dec'24 Rs 1.16 crore).
