The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.90 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.75 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 20.00 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 11.79 per cent at Rs 26.35 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 23.57 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 10.08 per cent to Rs 24.91 crore from Rs 22.63 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 5.26 per cent at Rs 0.60 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.57 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 53.19 per cent to Rs 1.44 crore as against Rs 0.94 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 37.09 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 83.33 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.11 crore, while Taxation increased by 80.56 per cent at Rs 0.65 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.36 crore).
