The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.80 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.26 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 207.69 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 33.40 per cent at Rs 31.15 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 23.35 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 28.50 per cent to Rs 27.19 crore from Rs 21.16 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 29.03 per cent at Rs 0.22 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.31 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 80.00 per cent to Rs 3.96 crore as against Rs 2.20 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 34.96 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 28.57 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.45 crore, while Taxation increased by 125.00 per cent at Rs 0.27 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.12 crore).
