The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.41 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 5.92 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 25.51 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 14.31 per cent at Rs 75.15 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 87.70 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 13.80 per cent to Rs 68.63 crore from Rs 79.62 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 26.04 per cent at Rs 0.71 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.96 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 19.21 per cent to Rs 6.52 crore as against Rs 8.07 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 5.86 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 3.33 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.31 crore, while Taxation decreased by 24.26 per cent at Rs 1.53 crore (Dec'24 Rs 2.02 crore).
