The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.24 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.96 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 36.73 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 12.22 per cent at Rs 61.64 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 54.93 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 15.10 per cent to Rs 59.82 crore from Rs 51.97 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 28.21 per cent at Rs 0.28 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.39 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 38.72 per cent to Rs 1.82 crore as against Rs 2.97 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 45.37 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 22.41 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.71 crore, while Taxation decreased by 107.41 per cent at Rs -0.02 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.27 crore).
