The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.56 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.38 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 47.37 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 49.90 per cent at Rs 54.04 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 36.05 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 50.62 per cent to Rs 50.76 crore from Rs 33.70 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 21.19 per cent at Rs 1.19 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 1.51 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 40.00 per cent to Rs 3.29 crore as against Rs 2.35 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 6.75 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 4.78 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.07 crore, while Taxation increased by 161.54 per cent at Rs 0.34 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.13 crore).
