The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.52 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 9.83 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 74.36 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 14.71 per cent at Rs 311.75 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 365.52 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 12.73 per cent to Rs 308.63 crore from Rs 353.64 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 51.68 per cent at Rs 1.73 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 3.58 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 73.74 per cent to Rs 3.12 crore as against Rs 11.88 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 69.23 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 35.88 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.84 crore, while Taxation decreased by 79.56 per cent at Rs 0.74 crore (Dec'24 Rs 3.62 crore).
