The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.03 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.09 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 5.50 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 73.66 per cent at Rs 44.51 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 25.63 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 79.79 per cent to Rs 44.12 crore from Rs 24.54 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.65 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.00 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 64.22 per cent to Rs 0.39 crore as against Rs 1.09 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 79.53 per cent in December quarter.
