The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.17 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.71 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 26.90 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 1.02 per cent at Rs 21.74 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 21.52 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 1.97 per cent to Rs 18.95 crore from Rs 19.33 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 30.56 per cent at Rs 0.50 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.72 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 27.40 per cent to Rs 2.79 crore as against Rs 2.19 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 26.38 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 30.91 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.38 crore, while Taxation increased by 5.26 per cent at Rs 0.40 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.38 crore).
