The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 6.12 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 5.27 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 16.13 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined by 0.84 per cent at Rs 74.41 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 75.04 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 2.65 per cent to Rs 63.50 crore from Rs 65.23 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 143.24 per cent at Rs 0.90 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.37 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 11.10 per cent to Rs 10.91 crore as against Rs 9.82 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 12.08 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 47.10 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.28 crore, while Taxation increased by 22.47 per cent at Rs 2.18 crore (Dec'24 Rs 1.78 crore).
