The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 105.14 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 103.58 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 1.51 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 3.02 per cent at Rs 3,872.21 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 3,758.67 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 3.32 per cent to Rs 3,707.36 crore from Rs 3,588.20 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 43.25 per cent at Rs 10.85 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 19.12 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 0.76 per cent to Rs 169.18 crore as against Rs 170.47 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 3.74 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 9.67 per cent y-o-y to Rs 4.65 crore, while Taxation increased by 5.71 per cent at Rs 36.11 crore (Dec'24 Rs 34.16 crore).
