The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.64 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.69 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 137.68 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 15.89 per cent at Rs 19.16 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 22.78 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 16.03 per cent to Rs 18.28 crore from Rs 21.77 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 2077.78 per cent at Rs 1.96 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.09 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 12.87 per cent to Rs 0.88 crore as against Rs 1.01 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 3.85 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 27.78 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.39 crore, while Taxation increased by 141.10 per cent at Rs 0.30 crore (Dec'24 Rs -0.73 crore).
