The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.94 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.24 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 291.67 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 95.05 per cent at Rs 33.92 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 17.39 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 92.84 per cent to Rs 32.03 crore from Rs 16.61 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 87.50 per cent at Rs 0.01 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.08 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 139.24 per cent to Rs 1.89 crore as against Rs 0.79 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 22.96 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 30.95 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.29 crore, while Taxation increased by 683.33 per cent at Rs 0.47 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.06 crore).
