The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.45 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.35 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 28.57 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 20.16 per cent at Rs 1.55 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1.29 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 65.38 per cent to Rs 1.29 crore from Rs 0.78 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 122.22 per cent at Rs 0.40 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.18 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 49.02 per cent to Rs 0.26 crore as against Rs 0.51 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 58.09 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 88.89 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.01 crore, while Taxation decreased by 28.00 per cent at Rs 0.18 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.25 crore).
