The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.11 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.14 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 45.33 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 3.12 per cent at Rs 75.03 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 72.76 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 2.04 per cent to Rs 71.37 crore from Rs 69.94 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 245.28 per cent at Rs 1.83 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.53 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 30.14 per cent to Rs 3.67 crore as against Rs 2.82 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 26.36 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 42.86 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.00 crore, while Taxation increased by 455.00 per cent at Rs 1.11 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.20 crore).
