The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.76 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.91 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 16.48 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 60.68 per cent at Rs 52.80 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 32.86 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 62.43 per cent to Rs 50.50 crore from Rs 31.09 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 50.00 per cent at Rs 0.07 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.14 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 30.68 per cent to Rs 2.30 crore as against Rs 1.76 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 18.81 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 59.62 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.83 crore, while Taxation increased by 514.29 per cent at Rs 0.43 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.07 crore).
