The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 10.73 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 8.25 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 30.06 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 13.46 per cent at Rs 36.93 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 32.55 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 5.37 per cent to Rs 22.94 crore from Rs 21.77 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 1.33 per cent at Rs 5.21 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 5.28 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 29.78 per cent to Rs 13.99 crore as against Rs 10.78 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 14.44 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 3.94 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.90 crore, while Taxation increased by 26.98 per cent at Rs 3.53 crore (Dec'24 Rs 2.78 crore).
