The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.26 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.92 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 71.74 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 3.02 per cent at Rs 34.85 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 33.83 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 5.84 per cent to Rs 34.05 crore from Rs 32.17 crore in year ago period.

Operating Profit slipped by 52.10 per cent to Rs 0.80 crore as against Rs 1.67 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 53.25 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 0.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.29 crore, while Taxation decreased by 68.75 per cent at Rs 0.10 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.32 crore).
