The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 5.85 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 4.84 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 20.87 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 20.82 per cent at Rs 340.21 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 429.66 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 21.43 per cent to Rs 324.97 crore from Rs 413.61 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 9.59 per cent at Rs 17.94 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 16.37 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 4.99 per cent to Rs 15.24 crore as against Rs 16.04 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 20.11 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 6.15 per cent y-o-y to Rs 10.70 crore, while Taxation increased by 21.19 per cent at Rs 3.66 crore (Dec'24 Rs 3.02 crore).
