The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.17 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.35 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 51.43 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 32.63 per cent at Rs 27.09 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 40.21 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 32.20 per cent to Rs 26.80 crore from Rs 39.53 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 121.43 per cent at Rs 0.31 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.14 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 57.35 per cent to Rs 0.29 crore as against Rs 0.68 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 36.69 per cent in December quarter.

Taxation increased by 24.00 per cent at Rs 0.31 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.25 crore).
