The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 16.35 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 21.02 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 22.22 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 3.88 per cent at Rs 427.93 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 411.94 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 5.78 per cent to Rs 405.77 crore from Rs 383.61 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 133.13 per cent at Rs 3.73 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 1.60 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 21.78 per cent to Rs 22.16 crore as against Rs 28.33 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 24.71 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 4.84 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.65 crore, while Taxation decreased by 0.45 per cent at Rs 6.70 crore (Dec'24 Rs 6.73 crore).
