The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 7.85 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.37 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 472.99 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 12.33 per cent at Rs 26.51 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 23.60 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 26.80 per cent to Rs 23.99 crore from Rs 18.92 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 387.33 per cent at Rs 8.62 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs -3.00 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 46.15 per cent to Rs 2.52 crore as against Rs 4.68 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 52.17 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 0.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.01 crore, while Taxation increased by 302.41 per cent at Rs 1.68 crore (Dec'24 Rs -0.83 crore).
