The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.09 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.11 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 18.18 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose three fold by 944.58 per cent at Rs 25.07 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 2.40 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 1005.31 per cent to Rs 24.98 crore from Rs 2.26 crore in year ago period.

Operating Profit slipped by 30.77 per cent to Rs 0.09 crore as against Rs 0.13 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 93.74 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 400.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs -0.03 crore, while Taxation increased by 50.00 per cent at Rs 0.03 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.02 crore).
