The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.85 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.24 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 254.17 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 29.61 per cent at Rs 5.11 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 7.26 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 27.27 per cent to Rs 5.12 crore from Rs 7.04 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 1018.18 per cent at Rs 1.23 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.11 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 100.00 per cent to Rs 0.00 crore as against Rs 0.22 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 101.64 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 700.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.08 crore, while Taxation increased by 275.00 per cent at Rs 0.30 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.08 crore).
