The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.21 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 3.59 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 94.15 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose by 5.55 per cent at Rs 29.12 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 27.59 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 3.86 per cent to Rs 27.45 crore from Rs 26.43 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 87.18 per cent at Rs 0.65 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 5.07 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 43.97 per cent to Rs 1.67 crore as against Rs 1.16 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 35.87 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 357.14 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.32 crore, while Taxation decreased by 90.20 per cent at Rs 0.15 crore (Dec'24 Rs 1.53 crore).
