Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR)Regulation, 2015 Board at its meeting held on 17th February, 2026 approved the appointment of Mr. Bharat Shah as a Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from 17th February, 2026.
