In continuation to our previous disclosure dated 13th November, 2025 and 25th January, 2026 about ED's action in connection with investigation of Jaypee Infratech Ltd & Jaiprakash Associates Ltd , we hereby inform that Shri Manoj Gaur, Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Company has surrendered before judicial authorities upon expiration of term of his interim bail.
