The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.16 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.53 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 89.54 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 8.21 per cent at Rs 51.42 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 56.02 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 3.40 per cent to Rs 50.88 crore from Rs 52.67 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 49.25 per cent at Rs 1.00 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.67 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 83.88 per cent to Rs 0.54 crore as against Rs 3.35 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 82.64 per cent in December quarter.
