Dear Sir/Madam,\r\n\r\nPursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform that the Company is undertaking a real estate development project with an estimated size of approximately ?120 Crores.\r\n\r\nIn this regard, the Company has completed the acquisition of 24 residential flats through duly executed and registered sale deeds, forming part of the project land aggregation. Further, the Company has also received Non-Agricultural (NA) permission from the competent authority on 21 February 2026 for the said land.\r\n\r\nA detailed disclosure in this regard is attached herewith for your reference and record.
