With reference to the captioned subject, we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of Ather Energy Limited ('the Company\) have vide circular resolution passed on February 27, 2026, allotted 40,735 equity shares of face value of Rs. 1/- each to eligible ESOP holders who have exercised their stock options under Ather Energy ESOP 2025 Plan.
