We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on Saturday, February 28, 2026, has approved the appointment of Mrs. Vanita Mathur as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company pursuant to the provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the rules made thereunder and Regulation 6 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, with effect from March 1, 2026.
