This is to inform that a complaint case titled as Govt of India vs. Raj Kumar, General Manager & others has been filed by the DGMS before the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad. As per available information, the instant complaint (CP Case no .706/2026) was filed in connection with an accident that occurred in Katras area on 05.09.2025. In the said complaint case, Sri Raj Kumar, General Manager (Mining/ Quality control), who is a Senior management personnel of the company, has been named as one of the alleged accused along with certain other officials of the Katras Area. \r\nThe Company's legal counsel informed the company about the filing of the aforesaid complaint case on 06th March 2026 at 5.00 P.M.\r\nThe matter is listed before the Hon'ble court of on 25 March 2026 for appearance of the concerned officials.\r\nThe company is the process of obtaining further details in the matter and will take appropriate steps in accordance with applicable laws.\r\n\r\n
