Panth Infinity Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 25/03/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the proposal for obtaining an enabling resolution from the Shareholders for fund raising by way of issue of various securities through Preferential issue subject to such approvals as may be required including the approval of the Members and any other items as may be decided by the Board of Directors.\r\n\r\nFurther, pursuant to provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended and the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall be closed till 48 hours after the declaration and publication of Outcome of Board Meeting to be held on Wednesday, March 25, 2026.
