Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of Euro Panel Products Limited at its meeting held on Saturday, 21st March, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. at the registered office of the Company has approved the incorporation of a subsidiary company in India.\r\nThe Company proposes to invest in the share capital of the proposed subsidiary and hold majority stake. The name of the subsidiary company will be decided after approval from the Registrar of Companies under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
