The Board of Directors at their meeting held today, 26th March 2026 appointed SRBC & Co. LLP as statutory auditors of the Company for five consecutive years, to hold office from the conclusion of the 80th Annual General Meeting for the financial year 2025-26 till the 85th Annual General Meeting for the financial year 2030-31, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 80th Annual General Meeting.
