Pursuant to Reg.30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the board of Directors at its meeting held on 02.04.2026 approved the appointment of Ms. Gokani Gopika Mukesh as the Company Secretary and Comliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 02.04.2026.
