Further, the aforesaid shifting of the Registered Office from the jurisdiction of the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai (ROC Mumbai) to the Registrar of Companies, Jaipur (ROC Jaipur) has been approved by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, pursuant to the issuance of the Certificate of Registration of the Regional Director's Order for change of State, dated March 26, 2026. A copy of the said certificate dated March 26, 2026, along with the amended Memorandum of Association, is enclosed herewith for your reference.
