The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 18.73 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 9.33 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 100.75 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 32.37 per cent at Rs 129.80 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 98.06 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 30.09 per cent to Rs 64.72 crore from Rs 49.75 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 109.29 per cent at Rs 3.83 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 1.83 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 34.69 per cent to Rs 65.08 crore as against Rs 48.32 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 1.77 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 15.14 per cent y-o-y to Rs 40.24 crore, while Taxation increased by 110.24 per cent at Rs 6.98 crore (Mar'25 Rs 3.32 crore).
