Pursuant to Regulation 43 of the Listing Regulations, the Board of Directors of the Company has fixed Saturday, the April 25, 2026 as the \Record Date\ to ascertain the name of eligible shareholders / beneficial owners of the equity share of the Company to whom the interim dividend shall be payable.
