Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('SEBI LODR Regulations'), we wish to inform you that Motisons Jewellers Limited ('the Company') has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Moti Developers, a partnership firm which pertains to development of a jewellery showroom.\r\n\r\nUnder the terms of the said MoU, Moti Developers shall undertake the construction and development of a jewellery showroom in Udaipur (City of lakes), Rajasthan. Upon completion of the project, the said showroom premises will be leased to the Company on such terms and conditions as may be mutually agreed between the parties.\r\n \r\nThe above MoU is in the ordinary course of business and is expected to support the Company's expansion plans.\r\n
