Accel Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/04/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Accel Limited wishes to inform, a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 30th April, 2026, inter alia, to consider and approve the allotment of fully paid-up equity shares of the Company ('Transferee Company') to the eligible shareholders of Accel Media Ventures Limited ('Transferor Company') (other than the Transferee Company), as per the share exchange ratio set out in the Scheme of Amalgamation, as sanctioned by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal.
