The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 1.19 crore compared to net loss of Rs 13.05 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 10.90 per cent at Rs 38.37 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 34.60 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 2.84 per cent to Rs 38.25 crore from Rs 39.37 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 6366.67 per cent at Rs 1.94 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.03 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 102.73 per cent to Rs 0.13 crore as against Rs -4.76 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 102.40 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 0.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.02 crore, while Taxation increased by 115.52 per cent at Rs 0.70 crore (Mar'25 Rs -4.51 crore).
