The Board on recommendation of the Audit Committee, has approved change/variance in the objects of the Right Issue in Annexure-A & first and Final Call of Rs 37.50 per share (including premium of Rs 32.50) (the Call) on 4593015 Outstanding Partly Paid-up Equity Shares of face value of Rs 10 each (Paid up value of Rs 5 each) issued by the Company on a rights basis pursuant to the Letter of Offer dated March 05, 2026
