This is to inform you that AU Small Finance Bank Limited ('the Bank') is a Scheduled Commercial Bank in terms of Second Schedule of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 and thus, in terms of Clause 1.2 of the Chapter XII of SEBI Master Circular for issue and listing of Non-convertible Securities, Securitised Debt Instruments, Security Receipts, Municipal Debt Securities and Commercial Paper dated October 15, 2025, provisions of Chapter XII are not applicable to the Bank.
