The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 11.22 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 9.81 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 14.37 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 20.78 per cent at Rs 19.53 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 16.17 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 50.00 per cent to Rs 8.43 crore from Rs 5.62 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 109.09 per cent at Rs -0.01 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.11 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 5.31 per cent to Rs 11.11 crore as against Rs 10.55 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 12.85 per cent in March quarter.

Taxation decreased by 114.12 per cent at Rs -0.12 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.85 crore).
