The Share Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company, by way of resolution passed at the meeting held on today i.e. 04th May, 2026 has approved the allotment of 6,06,250 equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each to eligible shareholders who were holding shares of Accel Media Ventures Limited as on Record Date i.e. 01-05-2026 in ratio 1 fully paid equity share of Accel Limited for every 2 fully paid up equity shares held in Accel Media Ventures Limited pursuant to Scheme.
