The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 11.16 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 4.76 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 134.45 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 87.64 per cent at Rs 70.57 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 37.61 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 67.45 per cent to Rs 55.41 crore from Rs 33.09 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 25.55 per cent at Rs 1.02 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 1.37 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 235.40 per cent to Rs 15.16 crore as against Rs 4.52 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 78.93 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 60.71 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.11 crore, while Taxation increased by 1444.44 per cent at Rs 3.63 crore (Mar'25 Rs -0.27 crore).
