Board has approved to provide additional Corporate Guarantee(s) of an amount notexceeding ₹150 Crores for any credit facilities to be obtained by Pricol Precision ProductsPrivate Limited (WOS of Pricol Limited), in addition to the existing Corporate Guarantee(s)of ₹250 Crores.
