The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.99 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.43 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 130.23 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 31.11 per cent at Rs 100.64 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 146.08 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 31.96 per cent to Rs 98.62 crore from Rs 144.94 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 29.63 per cent at Rs 0.35 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.27 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 77.19 per cent to Rs 2.02 crore as against Rs 1.14 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 156.41 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 61.36 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.71 crore, while Taxation increased by 183.33 per cent at Rs 0.34 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.12 crore).
